When I was gloomy, my breath was heavy and when I was scared or nervous, I almost used to forget breathing. Emotions used to take control and just as every youngster I also used to flow with the emotions. But after experiencing, this powerful technique called Sudarshan Kriya, I actually could understand the breathing patterns associated with different emotions. Just the awareness of these patterns helped me to become aware of every negative, positive or useless thought .My brain was processing and tossing me from past to future and vice versa.
