Hello. My name is Wanda. I am from Poland. I am an Ayurvedic Technician, in other words I give Ayurvedic treatments to clients.  The  Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique has completely changed my life. After doing the Sudarshan Kriya, I feel happier and more grateful for what I have and I share with others as well, because it is not only about my life, it’s for others too. When I feel happy,when I am fulfilled, then I can help more people and I think that is the most magic part of Sudarshan Kriya. I used to have lots of health problems and now they’re all gone. My whole family has attended the Art of Living (AOL) Happiness program and every morning we do our Sudarshan Kriya practice together.  It is amazing to see the difference between the way our lives were before, and how they are now. Sara shares her Sudarshan Kriya experience,” I thought I had a perfect life but I was searching for something more. My life was empty and dull. It was all about shopping and dining and I found myself very shallow and empty inside. I had a hollowness in my life. In 2001, my friend introduced me to the Art of Living Course and after Sudarshan Kriya, I felt liberated from within. I was looking for freedom on the outside but I felt hollow from within. This clarity and focus of mind and this happiness was inexplicable and what I read in the textbooks, I started experiencing within myself and I am extremely thankful to the Art of Living and specially to His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Guruji for pioneering this divine gift to us and just to mention I had a chronic heart ailment and doctors were clueless about the cause of my suffering and after doing Sudarshan Kriya, my breathlessness was gone and I got an immense relief from the heart ailment that I was suffering from a long time. This technique brings you in the present moment. This is the power of now. Not only your health improves, you become so relieved and light hearted. I would like to encourage everyone in the world to do Sudarshan Kriya. Without it, one cannot attain once peace of mind and happiness that one longs for and freedom from the daily unwanted foundations that we create in our lives. We talk about political freedom but freedom from within is priceless and has an unknown pleasurable essence in it.

Happiness program, an extensive workshop designed under the guidance of Sri Sri Ravishankar does not give a secret to a Happy Life.When I heard about the Happiness workshop, I was eager to experiment with this new workshop because every course of Art of Living offers something I never felt before and there is a subtle shift in me after every workshop. But this was different! What different I was yet to explore, but who so ever I asked, the only reply I got; It’s Different!

Well the day came and I finally did my First Happiness Workshop (by now I have done 5) and needless to say it’s different. Happiness course did not just give me secret to happiness, but a permanent weapon to use against all the demons like stress, jealousy, greed, lust and depression. I was awestruck that treasure was right under my nose, but all these years I was unaware. Yes! How by just different Pranayams your mind can gain instant focus and be relaxed at the same time. I still remember whenever I used to be angry or used to argue, I used to shiver. When I was gloomy, my breath was heavy and when I was scared or nervous, I almost used to forget breathing. Emotions used to take control and just as every youngster I also used to flow with the emotions. But after experiencing, this powerful technique called Sudarshan Kriya, I actually could understand the breathing patterns associated with different emotions. Just the awareness of these patterns helped me to become aware of every negative, positive or useless thought .My brain was processing and tossing me from past to future and vice versa.

Sudarshan Kriya, the backbone of Art of Living founded by Sri Sri Ravishankar helped me to get out of the destructive emotional tendencies and be in the present moment and graciously accept the present circumstances.
