Sriram Patil shares his experience of Sudarshan kriya.
“I had a heart attack a year ago in august… after that I underwent angioplasty and then followed yoga and meditation courses. I also did a reversal heart disease course at a hospital in Pune, but nothing seemed to help me. My life changed drastically after coming to Art of Living, my stress levels are under control because of breathing techniques like ujjai pranayama and mudras etc. I would suggest everyone especially those with heart problems to go for it.”
