4.Setubandhasana or Bridge Pose

It strengthens the back muscles and stretches the neck, chest and spine. Setubandhasana relieves back pain instantly and can prove to be a very good for treating symptoms of osteoporosis.

5.Trikonasana or Triangle Pose

It is very effective for back pain and sciatica as it stretches and strengthens the spine, arms, and chest by improving physical equilibrium. If you have severe back pain, please avoid this posture.

6.Shavasana or Corpse Pose

This brings complete relaxation to the body and also repairs tissues and cells.

It releases stress and is an ideal way to get rid of vata (air element) that aggravates joint pain and also creates imbalance in the body.
