Sudarshan kriya- Awakening experience by Michael

Michael, Rural Development Researcher shares, “I started doing Sudarshan Kriya four years ago when I was a student. Doing this technique helped me lot to focus and finish off my studies in a much more easier and quicker time. It helped me lot to improve my relationship with my family and friends because I used to get lot of stress from school and college. So Sudarshan Kriya was very helpful in transforming my approach towards life . Now I am working from past two years in India and its been a great help for me to stay away from my home country.- different food, different culture, different people, getting adapted to a different culture and lifestyle is not much of an effort for me now. Sudarshan Kriya has helped me lot to develop my skills professionally and have an improvised public relation. So I am very happy I learnt this technique. It takes just half an hour everyday and I don’t miss one single day.

When I was first introduced to the Sudarshan Kriya, I was seventeen years old I remember saying “Why do I need this technique of breathing, I don’t need, I am happy” I showed a lot of reluctance to doing Kriya. But when I did it for the first time, I started feeling blissful, getting charged with an unimaginable flow of energy and joy. Doing this technique as a young man,  helped me lot to improve my emotional life and live my life with stability. Some people think doing yoga and breathing techniques are boring but they are indeed mistaken instead its full of fun and very dynamic. So its a very beautiful experience.

Sudarshan Kriya is a powerful breathing technique cognized by spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The technique, taught in the Art of Living Happiness program, has benefited millions of people across all walks of life – youth, corporate executives, trauma affected, underprivileged, children and homemakers.
